What we do?

Our management consultancy includes the following phases:

  • we define the business objective (and sub-objectives) with the entrepreneur and with the management;
  • we carry out a SWOT analysis, that is, we define a company’s strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats on the market, so as to create a strategic map of the situation;
  • we build the dashboard of the indicators, that is, we envy, for each sub-objective, responsibilities, times, resources and actions necessary to achieve it;
  • we measure the results obtained: increase in turnover, increase in profitability, creation of new products, construction of new plants, creation of strategic partnerships, improvement of the corporate climate.
  • we support the company in developing the action plan; if necessary, also through temporary management activity;
  • we monitor the actions done and update the indicator dashboard.
